Gwennie Inspired Medallion Quilt

When Cynthia (Wabi-Sabi) quilts suggested to Lori, (Humble Quilts) that I might want to participate in their round robin sew-a-long, I was so honored to be asked I couldn’t say no!

There will be five of us traveling down this road together and we hope to pick up some hitchhikers along the way.

We will begin with Lori's choice of baskets for the center and then Cynthia will choose the June theme, Cathy will choose July, Katy will choose August and I will choose September's theme.

So please join us in this wacky Gwen Marston inspired sew-a-long. Gwen’s quilts and books are so inspirational! This will be a ton of fun!

We will post our progress on June 6. Stay tuned!

    1. That is too funny Janet. I had to look up meme! I had no idea what the term meant. Sheesh! I guess I really do live in the 19th century.

    1. I told Janet, I had to look up the word meme. I guess I need to work on being more "current". I picked out my background fabric last night. I hope to start the basket tonight!

    1. Well I am glad you called it a "poster"! I just learned that those things (with words of wisdom, etc.) are called meme's. We can all start sewing now as we have learned out one thing today!
