Wow – it is mid February
already and time for the Shenandoah Valley Botanical Album Quilt link up.
This month’s offering is the
Red Tulip. I think our wonderful hosts, Doreen (Aunt Reen’s Place) and Dawn
(Collector with a Needle) chose an easy one because February is such a short
month!
I love the simplicity of this
block and it was a cinch to stitch.
Enjoy all the delightful
blocks on the Shenandoah Valley Botanical Album Quilt link up here.
I've got to say, Wendy, that your blocks for this quilt are just fantastic. And the February one doesn't look all that easy to me!! You are doing a great job and I can't wait to see the finished quilt all done! Hope you're safe and warm today with all the storms... and maybe having a Caton day??? ENJOY!!

ReplyDeleteYour Red Tulip block is gorgeous! I really like your mix of green fabrics in this block against that fabulous cheddar background.
ReplyDeleteThe cheddar background just makes the colors pop each month. I love the variety of greens that you've used in your leaves. Each block is so special.
