Between 10 glorious days with
family and then a week without internet, I am way behind on my Blogging time. And,
I am still not getting e-mails from Blogger. I have tried all the suggestions
so I may have to go back to square one. If I don’t respond to your comment, it
is because I haven’t received it. I’m hanging by a technological thread as it
is. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!!
I have been working on three
secret sewing projects so I don’t have a lot to share in my great come back
post. I have done a bit of sorting of my feedsack collection and found a number
of them with logos printed on them.
Some of the manufacturers numbered their
designs. The number stayed the same with each different colorway. It’s always fun when I find a new one.
This fabric is part of one of
my secret sewing projects. Isn't it wild? Stay tuned!
Have a great fun filled
weekend!
Time with family is priceless! That logo in all 3 prints is so interesting. Curious to see what you're working on :0) I followed Fun with Barb's instructions to get comments working on my blog. (She did a post) Her directions are clear and they worked for me.
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful to have a whole week of family time!! We haven't managed that yet...schedules are always so busy...sigh...
ReplyDeleteLove your feedsack fabrics--I've never even seen any around here in our stores...I love the old timey look to them..especially that first yellow square with the pink flowers...yummy hugs, Julierose
i too was among the missing for a week....wild isn't the word for your secret sewing fabric! coming to 5 isl on my trip north...fyi
ReplyDeleteI also had a hard time of getting the emails for comments coming to my email box--every day i went into settings and emails and just kept trying different settings and then waiting until the next day to see if it would work--and finally (don't ask me what I changed finally) but finally I am getting them--so hang in there--it will come!!

Oh my goodness. That secret project fabric is wild. I am anxious to see where it leads to.
ReplyDeleteI used to have some feedsack fabrics many years ago but it did not lead to a collection. I should have kept it and added to as time went on.
Love your feedsack fabrics! An easy fix to receive comments is to leave yourself a comment and tick the ‘Notify me’ me box before you publish the comment. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteNo one has ever pointed out the logos in the feedsacks before. Didn't know they were there! Fascinating!
ReplyDeleteSecret projects going on at my place, too, so I have very little to share--just slow progress on the same couple of projects that I can share. I fit them in here and there between the secrets. :)
Wow--can't wait to see what you are doing with that flashy fabric!
So glad you are back online :) I had no idea about the logos or numbers on feedsacks. Looks like you have a fantastic collection! That secret fabric is amazing. Can't wait to see what you do with it!
