Jane is finished!

In my dreams!

April Fools!

I have, however started to whip stitch my little potholder blocks together so it shouldn't be long before it is a full size treasure! It has been a fun journey.

  6. I'm working on a DJ quilt - have about 25 blocks made. Your potholder blocks are so cute! I'm going to consider doing that - the pros and cons. Any suggestions? Did you use any special muslin for your bindings? It looks like you are using polyester batting. I'm wondering if it would be more difficult sewing them all together like that rather than before quilting.

    1. Ruth, I forgot to mention when I e-mailed last night that I used a wool batt that I split in half. I sue a modified ladder stitch to whip them together and it goes pretty fast.
