California here we come

I just found out both of my little quilts were accepted into the Road to California Show coming in January. I just wish I could pack myself into the box with them. Maybe I will get out there next year!

Happy Hexagons

Pan Blackened Applique (a potholder quilt)

If any of you get to go I would love to have a photo of you with one of these little guys.

Have a great day.

  1. It's a fun show, and I've seen your quilts there. You should go! It's much larger than some people estimate. Congratulations! Both quilts are beautiful.

  5. Congratulations!! I'm allergic to photos myself, but I'll definitely get pictures of them - without me - for you! (And I guess this means I'd better start practicing my poker face for the judging room...)

  13. Wendy, Both are beautiful but Pan Blackened Applique (the potholder quilt) is stunning! Are your potholder quilts usually 12" per 'potholder' like at New England Quilt Museum? Wish I could go see them but will be skipping Road this year as I'll be on a cruise...
