Cassandra's Circle #12

Barbara Brackman’sCassandra’s Circle block  #12, “Virginia Clay Clop’s Alabama Rose is quilted and bound. One more block to go! I’m still trying to decide what to do for a border. Perhaps it will be left “au natural”!

The color isn't as washed out in this close up.

Visit Barbara’s FB page (here) to see all the wonderful blocks thus far. I’ve said it before, but I really have enjoyed reading Barbara’s commentary on each blog on her blog, Civil War Quilts. Pour a cup of tea and visit her (here).

  4. Lovely block and I love that pop of pink against the red. Border or no border, it will be a great finish once your 'potholders' are assembled!

  5. Very pretty, Wendy! Your work is meticulous and your color sense is sometimes surprising, but always spot on.
